Pros: My husband has used a variety of related products but the ab mouse has been the most beneficial and has lasted the longest. He bought the ab mouse 3-4 yrs ago and uses 5 days a week. It works his abs, lower back, biceps and is a great toner and all around strenghener.
Cons: Takes time to build up your strength to be able to fully extend flat but hey, that's why we got it in the first place.
