Pros: It works. When I first tried to remove a medium size (2" dia.) dent from my motorcycle tank, it failedto hold . On 4th attempt, I cleaned the area thoroughly. I let glue/pad sit for approx. 30 mins before attempting pull and that worked. Completely pulled dent and no sign of it ever being there.
Cons: No instruction manual was in box and could find no place on line to download same.
